For the main course, choose between red wine braised beef short rib with sweet potato mash and garlic roasted Brussels sprouts, or potato crusted grouper with whipped parsnips, baby carrots, and scallop hollandaise. Finish the night with your choice of triple chocolate cake with peanut butter caramel or champagne mousse topped with strawberries and shaved white chocolate.
