Ring in the New Year with a special four course prix fixe dinner at the Almont Resort. The evening begins with a roasted tomato croquette amuse bouche, followed by a warm wild mushroom consommé. For the main course, choose between red wine braised beef short rib with sweet potato mash and garlic roasted Brussels sprouts, or potato crusted grouper with whipped parsnips, baby carrots, and scallop hollandaise. Finish the night with your choice of triple chocolate cake with peanut butter caramel or champagne mousse topped with strawberries and shaved white chocolate.
